Fundamentals Hospitality Management – Effective Communication (Class 2 of 3)

This is the second of our three session “Fundamentals of Hospitality Management” series, developed in partnership with Granite State College. Attendees will:

  • Understand how to effectively communicate as a supervisor
  • Learn to communicate with tact and diplomacy
  • Gain techniques for giving constructive feedback without deflating morale

Granite State College and the NHLRA have observed the growing need for educational opportunities for today’s hospitality employees to further their skills and knowledge. Together, we created the “Fundamentals of Hospitality Management” certificate. To receive a Certificate of Participation and one Continuing Education credit, all three sessions must be attended. Sessions will be October 27 (Fundamentals of Management and Leadership), November 10 (Effective Communication), and November 17 (Confidently Handle Conflict) from 9am-3pm at Granite State College in Concord, NH.
