This is the first of our three session “Fundamentals of Hospitality Management” series, developed in partnership with Granite State College. Attendees will:
- Identify their leadership style
- Learn to foster creativity and boost morale
- Learn what effective leadership is and is not
- Develop a personal action plan to improve their leadership skills
Granite State College and the NHLRA have observed the growing need for educational opportunities for today’s hospitality employees to further their skills and knowledge. Together, we created the “Fundamentals of Hospitality Management” certificate. To receive a Certificate of Participation and one Continuing Education credit, all three sessions must be attended. Sessions will be October 27 (Fundamentals of Management and Leadership), November 10 (Effective Communication), and November 17 (Confidently Handle Conflict) from 9am-3pm at Granite State College in Concord, NH. The cost to attend is $299 for all three sessions. Please note, refunds are not available for classes that are missed.
