Mark Hodsdon

President | Palmer & Sicard

Mark Hodsdon has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years; starting his career as an Apprentice Carpenter and eventually becoming a Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, General Manager, and Vice President for a Commercial General Contracting Firm. Today he is the President and CEO of Palmer and Sicard, Inc. an employee-owned Mechanical Contracting Firm. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Business and a Commonwealth of Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License. Mark served as a Board Member of the Associated Builders and Contractors New Hampshire/Vermont Chapter (ABC NH/VT) for eight years and as Chairman of the Board in 2016. Mark also served as a member of the National Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) for three years. Mark is currently on the Advisory Committee for the Building Construction Technologies program at The Seacoast School of Technology and on the Board of Directors of Martineau Electric, Inc

Marilee Enus

Director | Technology Transfer Center at UNH

Marilee Enus is the Director of the Technology Transfer Center at UNH (UNH T2).  As the site of New Hampshire’s Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), UNH T2 team provides New Hampshire local road agencies professional development and training, resources and technical assistance, and other outreach to support an effective and efficient surface transportation system in New Hampshire.   Prior to joining UNH T2, Marilee held positions in Human Resources Management, where she led initiatives in workforce and leadership development, employee and talent engagement, and communications.  She enjoys helping local highway teams tell the public works story, and creating connections with their communities and the future highway construction and maintenance workforce.  Marilee serves as a Board Member of the New Hampshire Public Works Association as well as the New Hampshire Public Works Mutual Aid.  She is an active participant on the New England APWA Public Works Awareness Committee, as well as Co-Chair of the National Local Technical Assistance Program (NLTAPA) Communications Work Group.

Karen LaMontagne

LaMontagne Builders Inc (LBI)

Karen LaMontagne is part of the third generation of LaMontagne Builders Inc (LBI). Since 1964, LBI has been developing homes across southern New Hampshire. Specializing in the process of purchasing raw land through to the delivery of completed communities to homeowners. Karen is currently the Assistant Vice President of the company and oversees much of the daily operations. Karen has a BA in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Operations and Project Management and a Global MBA with a Concentration in Workplace Conflict Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of NH. Karen also serves as the President of the New Hampshire State Home Builders Association and is a Past President for the Greater Manchester Nashua Home Builders Association.
