About:

Granite State College and the NHLRA have observed the growing need for educational opportunities for today’s hospitality employees to further their skills and knowledge.

Explore the fundamentals of effective performance management. Participants will develop skills to interview, hire, and evaluate employees in order to build a positive and productive workplace culture.

  • Effective interviewing and hiring practices;
  • Building a positive work culture;
  • Developing performance management goals;
  • Addressing workplace behavior;
  • Identifying potential barriers including employment policies and laws;
  • Documenting performance.
